In order to establish VNC connection, Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Login your client account at: https://portal.pivps.com

Step 2: Go to Client Area -> My Products & Services.

Step 3: Chose your active products/services by clicking [Active] button.

Step 4: At the bottom of page, You will see VPS control panel. Click [VNC] button.

Step 5: Chose [Launch Html5 VNC Client]

A popup will be showed and Your VNC connection get ready !!!

Now, You can login to your VPS with your root or Administrator account.
