Hi,
Our system have a built-in system to create rdp files so you just need to copy/paste password to work with our Windows VPS.
You can follow these steps:
+ Login to your account at: https://portal.pivps.com/
+ Go to: Services -> My Services
+ Click [Manage] to go to Service Details page.
In this page, you can see [Default Root/Administrator Tabs]
You can see the link: Download Remote Desktop Connection _ Windows OS Only: Download & Connect RDP
Note: This option is working in Windows OS only. Other OS is not supported.
